The office is located at 3880 S. Bascom Ave, San Jose, CA 95124 in the Chantel Building, between Valero Gas and Donut Shop. Look for a building covered in greenery and foliage. Parking is available down the driveway to the right of the building.

My office is on the second floor in Suite 206. Press the button for my name in the waiting area, and I will come for you at our appointment time.  

From the North, Hwy 85
Take 85 South, exit Los Gatos Blvd/Bascom Avenue. Turn left onto Bascom Avenue. After you pass White Oaks Road, building will be on your right.

From the North, I-880
Take 880 South, it will turn into Hwy 17. Exit Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expressway. Make a left onto Camden at the light. Make a right onto Bascom Avenue. After you pass Woodard Road, building will be on your left.

From the South, Hwy 85
Take 85 North, exit Bascom Avenue/Los Gatos Blvd. Turn right onto Bascom Avenue. After you pass White Oaks Road, building will be on your right.
